Been Busy

What can I say, it's been awhile since I have blogged but for good reason. I want to more than I do. Intent is a funny thing. I have been busy in Alabama followed by another camp in my resident state of PA and then a week with the family in which I was tied up with some really great family time. I am presently prepping to speak at a church in Altoona tomorrow AM and then followed by another camp/summer retreat this week. Theme: "FOCUS"

I am a blessed man who has a gorgeous wife and two beautiful sons. It was truly a blessing to be with them this week. Here is my nugget for you since it has been a while.

Christian faith is a grand cathedral, with divinely pictured windows. Standing without, you can see no glory, nor can imagine any, but standing within, every ray of light reveals a harmony of unspeakable splendors.

Sweet Home Alabama

I am here in Alabama ministering at a youth camp and what a great group of about 400 students who really have a heart after God. We saw about 20 or so come to Christ yesterday and many others touched by God as they have given their hearts to Jesus in rededication. We are going to round 2 tonight. Trusting God to touch many more by the end of this week. So much potential at this camp to see FIRE. Trusting to see more . . . more Lord!

Trust: Well, do you?

Offering

“I may no longer depend on pleasant impulses to bring me before the Lord. I must rather respond to principles I know to be right, whether I feel them to be enjoyable or not.”

ENCOUNTER: Bronx, NY

ENCOUNTER is the theme that God has given this ministry for this year/season and we are putting them together in cities as we travel. ENCOUNTER BRONX, NY was no walk in the park. The presence of God was incredible. What an amazing week.

So many things happen this week I dont have the time or words to paint a picture of God's good work this past weekend and ENCOUNTER BRONX @ Van Nest Assembly. We started off right with Friday's event having 15 people come forward to accept Christ as savior! One of those 15 was a family member of mine who God has been softening over time. Praise God!

The house was packed on Saturday where I brought the message and many came forward seeing so many people (pictured above) seeking God. The church was packed out and I was thrilled as I believe God was to have one place so devoted to God's will. Sunday serves were amazing and many were delivered from things in their lives as well as themselves as we focused on giving God our trials.

Keep us in prayer as we continue to ENCOUNTER God in every city we visit. Now, off to the next place and see what God does there.
